About Amber Fort
Perched on a rocky hilltop overlooking Maota Lake, Amber Fort is the most spectacular fortress in Rajasthan. Built by Raja Man Singh I in 1592, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a masterpiece of Hindu-Rajput architecture fused with Mughal artistry. Its Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors) is among the most dazzling interiors in India.
